Free parking behind the market across Bingham Street for customers! Bingham Street is one way running from 13th towards 14th Street. To locate the parking lot, turn onto Bingham Street, go half way down the block and then turn left into the parking lot. We share the parking lot with City Theatre, so if there are no parking spaces in the upper lot, go down the ramp and park in the lower lot. If those spaces are full, make a left turn out of the lot and take the first left into the parking lot off of Muriel Street! We have access to lots of parking spots!

2) Tasso Spanos, Myofascial Trigger Point Release Therapist on Helping and Preventing Headaches!
Tasso Spanos, CMTPT, LMT will teach you where to find and how to treat trigger points that are referring pain to different parts of the head. You will learn how to reduce, stop, or even prevent eight different tension headaches which sometimes masquerade as migraines. You will also learn the correct stretch exercise to maintain the improvements you have made in the eight different muscles. Perpetuating factors that irritate these muscles will be identified.
This 31/2 hour class from 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM will benefit both the medical professional and the lay person. Printed materials will be supplied to make it easier to remember your new found instructions! Cost: $35.00/person
Tasso Spanos is a long-time Chautauquan and is the creator-teacher of "Feeling Better Exercises" at Chautauqua Institution for 32 years. Spanos has a B.S. degree in Biology from Bucknell University and graduate studies in Bacteriology at the University of North Carolina.
Spanos studied with the late Janet Travell, M.D., physician to Presidents Kennedy and Johnson, and is grateful for her pioneering work in Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy, of which he is a certified practitioner. He was the Director of the Center for Pain Treatment and founder of the Pittsburgh School of Pain Management. He is a Diplomate of the American Academy of Experts on Traumatic Stress, member of the American Association of Integrative Medicine, member of the American Society of Pain Educators, and Clinical Associate of the American Academy of Pain Management. He has contributed the chapter "Interscapular Pain" in Clinical Mastery in the Treatment of Myofascial Pain ( Lippincott, Williams and Wilkins)
