Mya Zeronis, the Lean Chef en Route of Zest Wishes is an amazing vegan, gluten-free, GMO-free chef. She offers juice and smoothies of the day, and shots of amazing immune system boosting wheat grass juice!

Monday, October 20, 2014:  7:00-8:30 PM: F Gringinger, M.D., Board Certified in Family Practice, from Austria, speaking as a part of an International Tour:  Topic is the healings associated with Bruno Groening (1906-1959).  Gringinger will present the medical verification of some of these healings from around the world.

Tuesday, October 21, 2014: 7:00 to 8:30 PM: Follow up Bruno Gruening event. Mr. and Mrs. Graf from Germany will present more information on Bruno Groening and will allow participants to experience the Healing Stream ("Heilstrom") that Groening spoke of.

Urban Permaculture in the Built Environment taught by Darrell Frey, Permaculturist and author of the book Bioshelter Market Garden: A Permaculture Farm, & Permaculturists Elizabeth Lynch, Tara Alexander, Elisa Beck and guests. This course is for laypeople, architects, designers, naturalists and everyone and anyone interested in morphing their living space into a more sustainable place. It can be your home, apartment, building, or playspace... Learn about Permaculture and the Living Building Challenge as applied to existing historic structures!

Schwartz Living Market Hours:

Thursdays: 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Saturdays:  11:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Mya Zeronis, the Lean Chef en Route of Zest Wishes is on site at the market preparing and serving her delicious Vegan, Gluten-free, GMO-free, organic delectables and a Juice of the Day on Thursdays and Fridays during all of our hours, and through October on Saturday afternoons from 3:00 to 5:00 PM. The market serves delicious green juice on Saturdays from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM!

Yippee! We are booked solid with 25+ vendors at Schwartz Living Market for our first ever Upcycle/Flea Market in conjunction with the South Side Soup Contest, this coming Saturday, February 22, 2014, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM!

 Put on your shopping hat and shoes, and come on down! Free parking behind the market across Bingham Street. Then, walk around to the front door to check out our regular Saturday vendors: The Enchanted Garden Juice and Smoothie Bar; Jonathan's Gluten-Free, Vegan Food; Building New Hope Fairly traded shade grown organic coffee; Designs by Gloria vintage jewelry and handmade jewelry and more; Third Day Organics soaps, lotions and body scrubs; Three Sister's Farm Educational Display with Darrell Frey; the Educational Vision Gym with Dr. Elisa Beck; and Photography by Richard Snyder and Laura Beck.

Shots of wheatgrass juice are good for you! If you are a beginner, start with a one ounce shot twice a day. After a day or so, two ounces twice a day!
